Dahlin Group Takes 22 Gold Nugget Awards

Pleasanton, Calif., May 19, 2009 —Dahlin Group Architecture Planning has earned 22 Awards of Merit in the 2009 Gold Nugget Awards, which honors architectural design and planning excellence and draws entries from throughout 14 Western States and internationally. Selected from the Merit Award winners, Grand Awards will be announced June 18 at PCBC®–The Premier Building Show, the nation’s largest regional conference and trade show for the real estate development field.

Dahlin Group’s honors reflect the firm’s capabilities across a broad range of development types and include a sweep of the Residential Community of the Year category for detached housing. Located in Menlo Park and Mountain View, California, winners in this category reflect  Dahlin Group’s achievement with higher density concepts for smaller homes on smaller lots. The firm was additionally honored for custom home design; attached homes; international commercial and residential development, redevelopment site planning and detached homes on conventional lots.
