Healdsburg's Foss Creek Villas Hitting Their Market

Healdsburg, Calif. – August 13, 2009 – Affordable pricing, below-market financing and prime location are driving a healthy sales clip at Foss Creek Villas in Healdsburg.  Buyers are purchasing at a rate of 2.5 per week. Priced from $299,000, the condominium community is drawing first-time, second home and investor buyers, reports marketing consultant Jo Healey.
