Pardee's Jim Bizzelle is BIA/LAVEN President
Ventura, Calif., Dec. 16 --The Los Angeles/Ventura chapter of Southern California’s Building Industry Association has chosen Pardee Homes Vice President of Community Development Jim Bizzelle as chapter president. Bizzelle and fellow 2009 officers were installed on Wednesday, December 3 at the Odyssey restaurant in Granada Hills.

A real estate industry professional for almost 20 years, Bizzelle oversees new home community development for Pardee Homes in LA and Ventura counties, where the company offers homes in the master-planned communities Fair Oaks Ranch in Santa Clarita and Moorpark Highlands in Moorpark.
